The Kanji Cave is a submerged cave which can be found in close proximity to the where the shipping containers are.
Location
It is marked on the Interactive Map as Cave Island West - Swim Entrance.
The easiest way to find it is to stand in the entrance of the yellow sea can, with the sea can behind you, and use the compass to face perfectly North West (middle line between North and West). Head directly north west, following the sea floor until you come up on a pile of rocks. The cave entrance is in this pile of rocks. You can also find the entrance with a raft by looking for a floating plank on the surface of the water.
No mutants spawn in the cave naturally. In the entrance of the cave you will find the first schematic and a long rope at the far end. After clombing down the rope, head down the corridor to find the second schematic as well as 4 bolts.
