Frogs are merely decorative creatures that can be heard, but not seen, around lakes and ponds.
Frogs are however visibly present in a certain type of cannibal effigy, which can often be found around player bases.
Knows Bugs
Frogs may have become invisible unintentionally, because the patch-notes never mentioned anything about it.
