The hidden stash room is a secret room that contains heaps of items and some story items. It was added in update v0.20 of The Forest.

Gameplay[]

The hidden stash room can be found in Cave 2 - Hanging Cave. There are multiple entrances to access the room. The closest one is near the Lakeside Village, theres a path that leads from the village to the cave entrance, it leads away from the lake in the opposite direction. There are often cannibals and mutants that hang around the entrance.

Near the entrance to the room are two pale cannibals. They are often seen sleeping and can be dispatched with a stealth attack which can kill them in one hit providing you are not detected. This room is notable as it's partially flooded with water. There are cloths and coins in this room. To find the hidden stash room from here, look for the ceiling skull light, follow this down and you will see a climbing rope. This is the way to the hidden stash room. It is the only way in and out.
