The "Don't be afraid / Just believe" is a story item that was added in update v0.51 of The Forest
Gameplay[]
The note is written on a Bible page. It can be found in Cave 10, near the pond and the Cowman. Upon encounter, the player will add it to the notes section of the survival guide.
Theory[]
It can be assumed that this note was penned by Dr. Mathew Cross. It can be found next to a bucket of red paint, and it follows the same format as the "She's not dead / She is sleeping" and "A jealous God punishes a parents fault on their children" notes. It appears to be a note by Dr. Cross for himself, to remind himself not to give up in the face of the cannibals and that he can in fact revive Megan.

A Prayer of Moses the man of God. Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
